This is just a first pass at reformatting our 2019 roadmap to narrow in on package manager support. I think there are more of these that we should proactively drop - and more that we know now that we should add. @Stebalien @eingenito @ipfs/go-team for thoughts and improvements!

This is probably a wrong place to ask, but does this mean that there is a goal to have apt-transport-ipfs this year?

@Mikaela there's already a transport plugin available: https://github.com/JaquerEspeis/apt-transport-ipfs, I've been working on getting a mirror up: ipfs-inactive/package-managers#18 https://github.com/ipfs-shipyard/apt-on-ipfs/
