Single lines calculation logic moved to their corresponding modules
Moved here routines for single line calculations, possible multiple inits when using more structured derived types. Still working on finding an isolated HPLL line
Made optional the calculation of dzda
Using a relative tolerance in full newton
This should be later taking from another library.

Updating the main branch. The implementation is in a good state with only needing improvements in the calculation
of isolated three-phase.
