๐Ÿคช Using TypeScript without TypeScript

A short text to explain last year's move for v0.32. The aim was to provide typings to help integrating dwv in typescript environments while benefiting from type checking. The first answer that comes to mind was to move all to typescript but I prefer following ECMAscript and browser available code rather than the one of a library. Another solution that I found online was: using-typescript-without-typescript. This is the path I took, while not completely implementing it since I wanted to maintain the jsdoc generation (for example not using the typedefs imports). As a reference of this strategy, I need to dig more into the svelte repo.
