Add log2_ to torch frontend api with test

Here are some of the important points from our Contributing Guidelines 📝:
1. Feel free to ignore the run_tests (1), run_tests (2), … jobs, and only look at the display_test_results job. 👀 It contains the following two sections:

Hi @hello-fri-end Link to the documentation.

In the log2() function in this file above, we are returning torch_frontend.log2(self). In this function, We are calling that log2() function and updating the array itself.
