Form-Filler is a powerful browser extension designed to make your life easier by automatically filling out online forms by automatically populating fields with pre-configured data, as well as automatically attaching your pre-configured PDF resume to the relevant field in online forms. Featuring a straightforward and intuitive user interface, Form-Filler enables users to add custom properties and a PDF file, making form completion on the web a seamless and efficient experience.

Installation 💻

Google Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers 🌐

Since Form-Filler does not support Manifest V3, you can install the extension manually by following these steps:

1. Download the dist folder from the repository here
2. Unzip the downloaded file.
3. Open Google Chrome or another Chromium-based browser.
4. Navigate to chrome://extensions in your browser.
5. Enable "Developer mode" by toggling the switch in the top-right corner.
6. Click in Load unpacked and select the dist folder unpacked on step 1.

Firefox 🦊

Form-Filler is also available for Firefox users. You can install it through the following link:

Usage 📖

1. Click on the Form-Filler icon in your browser's toolbar.
2. Enable or disable the extension using the ON/OFF toggle switch.
3. Add custom properties with their respective values.
4. Choose a PDF file (CV/Resume) to be used for form-filling.
5. Navigate to a web page with a form, and Form-Filler will automatically fill in the fields with the corresponding data from your custom properties and PDF file.
