Fixed bug with davidmodal-x-refresh class

When using the davidmodal-x-refresha or davidmodal-x-refresha, we would call a refresh on the parent of the parent of the iframe. We only need to call the parent of the iframe. The prior code/bug caused refreshes on the wrong window if you had an iframe within an iframe.
