Use upstream go-external-ip package

IPv4 and IPv6 synchronous updates

Update both types of ip's if you want/have them. You will need to run route53-ddns -s setup again to select which option you want.

Support ipv6

This version will differentiate between ipv4 and ipv6 in the address returned as the external IP and either update route53 with a "A" record or "AAAA" record respectively.
