Surprisingly, it's extremely difficult to find usable
no_stdimplementations of approximate-membership structures on https://crates.io.I've added an on-by-default
stdfeature; when disabled this crate will supportno_std.Note that this adds the
libmdependency, which is the recommended approach for using methods likestd::primitive::f64::{ceil, ln}inno_stdcontexts.
