  2. Automatically reload the session if necessary 

    Remove DismReloadImageSessionRequiredException

This lets callers keep the syntax:

```cs
using(DismSession = DismApi.OpenOnlineSession())
{
  ...
}
```

If an operation requires a reload, an exception is no longer throw and instead the session is reloaded.
