[Plugin Health Score] Scores not computed - Getting logs from plugin-health.jenkins.io #4152

To add some additional context based on what I am seeing, I don't believe this is a specific issue to any one plugin. I don't think any plugins have had their health score recomputed in the last 2 months. |

Ok so that would be a problem on the UI. It's not explanning the problem of scores not being updated for the past 2 months. |
@alecharp we are not sure what to check or look for. If you can access it, can you confirm you have access to the logs? (if you cannot, tell us and we'll try continuing the analysis) |
I found something promising in the logs. Looking to see why it's happening. |
@alecharp thanks ❤️ Unless you object, I'm reopening the issue and renaming it to materialize the "issue". The definition of done would change from "sharing logs" to "updated PHS scores" with not only you as responsible but also the Jenkins infra team (as it requires at least update of PHS app and watching logs and you won't be alone on this task!) |

The 4.0.2 should be fixing the problem. It was deployed a few moments ago. Let's see the next run on scoring. |
It seems that we have new scores. We could close this ticket as resolved, but I have no objections on keeping it open for a few days to make sure everything is fine. @dduportal and @smerle33 I let you decide. |

this is a follow up of jenkions-infra/plugin-health-scoring#522.
Would it be possible to get the logs of the application.
I can see that on https://plugin-health.jenkins.io/scores/gravatar the last release of the plugin detected is not the latest one available on the update-center, which is not normal.
If the application doesn't pick up new releases, some probes are not executed which can lead to abnormal scores.
Also, for gravatar, other probes should have been executed (last commit dates, pull requests, etc.) which are way off track.
