Somehow LdapPluginTest is failing on the LTS line but not the weekly.

Temporarily pinning LDAP plugin to latest gives a 100% pass rate, demonstrating that the LTS release is ready to ship. The LDAP plugin test failures seem to be caused by the lack of a 2.479 Update Center JSON (something which will presumably happen by the time we ship 2.479), resulting in an older version of the LDAP plugin being (incorrectly!) used for tests, resulting in Spring Security issues.
