Added changes for case insensitive issue keys. Below is the issue registered by customer:
JENKINS-66390

• Make sure you are opening from a topic/feature/bugfix branch (right side) and not your main branch!
• Ensure that the pull request title represents the desired changelog entry
• Please describe what you did
• Link to relevant issues in GitHub or Jira
• Link to relevant pull requests, esp. upstream and downstream changes
• Ensure you have provided tests - that demonstrates feature works or fixes the issue

@bgvozdev is there any chance you could point me in the right direction of what is broken here. Ive run the tests and they all pass. I would really like to fix this and have this in the next release if possible. Mistakes in the case of jira tickets misses the builds and deployments from jenkins.
