If you have a look at the top-right corner of https://jeremylong.github.io/DependencyCheck/dependency-check-gradle, you see that the "Fork me on GitHub" image is broken.

Navigating to the used URL https://s3.amazonaws.com/github/ribbons/forkme_right_gray_6d6d6d.png gives an "AccessDenied" response.

fix(site): Update Fluido skin to resolve broken fork-me-on-github image

Fixes #6910

Fluido skin switched to CSS-only fork-link rendering at version 1.11.1 in 2022.
Apparently the S3-bucket where the image for the previous fork rendering resided is now defunct.
