[gocui] WIP Parse hyperlink OSC sequences

Very quick-and-dirty implementation, needs more testing and/or cleanup. I didn't have more time right now, but I wanted the feature so badly. If we're lucky I got it right and we can leave it like this. But adding some tests would be nice.
