Add support for cobertura coverage reporter.

Added the cobertura coverage reporter to the default set of reporters. Can be used for Jenkins and shippable.com.

1. Make it as testReporterConfig or
2. Write your test reporter and set to testReporter https://github.com/facebook/jest/blob/449481b58c797838dd9f6c253fe51778a10b578c/src/lib/utils.js#L28

Closing this. I think @hankhsiao's suggestion is what we should go for – add a setting to specify the reporters you'd like to have. Would you mind creating a PR for this against the current version of Jest? :)
