    * The `alerts` extension supports GitHub-style alerts.

* New module Commonmark.Extensions.Alerts

* This is supported in both the default HTML renderer
  and commonmark-pandoc.  The pandoc output includes the SVG icons
  embedded in an Image with a data URI, so it will work with multiple
  formats.  In both cases some styling will be needed to get it
  to look right.
