The docs seem out of sync (jan 2024)

Hi @jivanpal,

I'm trying out drat, and running this as suggested by the docs (both stable and latest) gives an error:

$ ./drat --container /dev/nvme0n1 create-index drat-index.db
drat: unrecognized command `create-index`; run `drat` without any arguments to see a list of commands.

I get this both after compiling the git head and the v0.1.3 tag (using an drat on a M1 mac booted in Linux to prevent MacOS from clobering the "free" space on my main partition).

Given that#63 talks about implementing the feature, I'm lead to wonder how I can get information about the functionality that is already usable...

Could you help me sort things out?

#45 has the info I needed: the documentation is for an upcoming release that is being worked on, and one should rely on the CLI for help with v0.1.3.
