Hardware revision v1.4.

Hardware changes:

Replace opto-couplers with transistors, which are cheaper and smaller

Hardware errata:

Missing connection between console GNDs and Pi GND pins
- connect pin 3 of P1:Q1 to pin 20 of the Pi pin header
- connect pin 3 of P1:Q1 to pin 3 of P2:Q8
