and I feel like the now suggests that the task should be done now. Maybe
works so it doesn't imply timing? Or maybe I'm missing the point why it should be "now"? :D |

Hi there! Thank you for opening this up. I don't remember where exactly I got this from, but I vaguely remember that the word "now" had the important implication to figure out what you can do about a task now as a practical next step in the sense of 'when you start it' , rather than having a todo with vague unachievable goals at the current point of time. |
