Why doesn't this theme gets compiled properly? #7

While other themes gets compiled properly, but this one which I like named Effector http://effectortheme.tumblr.com/ doesn't gets compiled properly.

I've gist this theme at https://gist.github.com/1475351#file_theme.html

Can anybody look into it?
