- **BREAKING:** `writeJson()`, `writeJsonSync()`, `outputJson()`, & `outputJsonSync()` now output minified JSON by default for consistency with `JSON.stringify()`; set the `spaces` option to `2` to override this new behavior. [#402](https://github.com/jprichardson/node-fs-extra/pull/402)

@Turbo87 as mentioned, you can use spaces option. I am not sure which function you are using, but you can use spaces like this:

fs.writeJson('./package.json', {name: 'fs-extra'}, {spaces: 2}, err => {
  if (err) return console.error(err)

  console.log('success!')
})

oh, I see, thank you! I thought it was some global option or something like that.
- Use `Buffer.allocUnsafe()` instead of `new Buffer()` in environments that support it. [#394](https://github.com/jprichardson/node-fs-extra/pull/394)

### Fixed

- `removeSync()` silently failed on Windows in some cases. Now throws an `EBUSY` error. [#408](https://github.com/jprichardson/node-fs-extra/pull/408)
