Minor dark mode UI improvements. Lays the groundwork for populating a CGM/bolus/basal graph by fetching data automatically from the pump.

- Bootstraps a sqlite database using the Android Room persistence libraries (fixes #14)
- Adds a still-in-testing option to fetch pump history data automatically in the background. Future releases will use this data to populate a CGM/bolus/basal graph.
