NetBox's openapi spec is wrong, and it affects the NetBox go client, so until that is fixed we'll use our own.

This PR adds support for NetBox 4.X by ditching the official go-netbox client as it simply does not work anymore due to the OpenAPI spec in NetBox being wrong.
