Description of the Changes

  • Add setCachedUrls API
  • Pass the arguments to the adapter setCachedUrls API once an adapter is available

Related PRs:
kaltura/playkit-js-dash#262
kaltura/kaltura-player-js#792

Resolves FEC-13946

CheckLists

  • changes have been done against master branch, and PR does not conflict
