C.H.A.R.L.O.T.T.E or simply Charlotte is a WIP Conversational AI built with Rasa. Conversational AI is an extremely difficult and far from being a solved problem.
The sole purpose of this project is to build something remotely similar to the likes of Tony Stark's Friday NL UI using Rasa and so far it seems to be working pretty good.
