Hello! 👋 this is Dr. rer. nat. Varun Kapoor.

I am founder of a non-profit KapoorLabs aimed at supporting researchers by providing high quality research software, you can view our organization at KapoorLabs.

I did my PhD in theoretical physics at Uni Rostock, Germany specializing in intense laser-atom interactions, you can read my PhD thesis.

I code for several organizations: caped-ai, KietzmannLab, TrackMate, conda-forge. Some of the code is open source and public while other is private (as required by our paid collaborators).
