UR 9: Generate an automated report

Expectations:9.1) As a user, I want to be able to generate an automated report for the Project instance data.

Acceptance Criteria: 9.1) the user must be able to select a layer in the layer list and then generate a report for it. 9.2) one PDF report must be made per FarmerID.9.3) if there are multiple polygons with the same farmerID.All the polygons with the same FarmerID must be shown on the maps in the reportsThe area field in the report must be the sum of the polygons9.4)processing may take some time will use the inbuilt QGIS progress bar.
