there is already an update on the dev branch, bit somehow the webpage update needs to be triggered

This pull request was done six months ago, and I can tell several commits have been done to the katharsis-framework so it does not appear to be a lack of resources. To make a project that we are all proud of and to inspire confidence in a product it would be helpful if the website was kept up to date. Is this just an issue of not having the right (resource) person pull the trigger?

Also I believe from looking at source code base it appears the correct version is 2.8.2 not 2.6.0.
