Created a CI workflow for documentation deployment to GitHub Pages.

Related: #301

Only builds when there are changes in the docs/ directory or the .github/workflows/docs.yml workflow.
Only deploys when changes made to the main branch.
You will need to create a secret on this repo named GITHUB_TOKEN to complete the deployment. @keshavdv
Review the cname to make sure it properly configured on the repository's setting page. @keshavdv
