As the EPL-1.0 license we used previously is deprecated and superseded by the EPL-2.0 license, we should make the switch now. This is also necessary for deriving from other EPL-2.0 content, which is what is needed in #89.
This PR switched the main license file, the license files in all features, all source code file headers, and all other references to EPL-1.0 with the new one.
For this PR, it would be nice if you could confirm this is also okay for you @sailingKieler
