First release of the non-functional mock artifacts of the packages org.eclipse.jface, org.eclipse.swt, and org.eclipse.ui. Includes interfaces and classes mainly used by KLighD, without platform-dependence and functionality to let KLighD be used in a standalone and non-Eclipse/SWT environment.

The release artifacts are available on the Maven Central repository, see Sonatype and Apache.
