For library.kiwix.org it should be “Welcome to the Kiwix Library” in place of “Welcome to Kiwix server” but

Probably this should be done via allowing a custom template for the home page!?

@MananJethwani Do you think you could make a new option --customIndexTemplate (in HTTPD primitive and in kiwix-serve binary) which would take an alternative to our index.html template?
