Issue Description

Created a new admin user and set the status to Inactive. However, after saving, we can see the status as Active.

Preconditions

Admin Must Be logged in.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Admin -> Settings -> Users -> Create a New User -> Set Status as Inactive.
2. Now Save the details
3. We can see it is still active.

Expected result

Status if selected Inactive must be inactive.

Actual result

Currently we can see that it is in active state.
