The user should have the option to compose mail.

CRM Version: V1.1.3

Steps To reproduce--

1. log in as Admin/User.
2. Create a new user with custom permissions.
3. Give him all permission inside the mail section.
4. Now login with users who have custom permission.
5. Try to send Mails from the new user panel.

Actual result: If the user has all permission-related mails then the user has no option to compose mail. Please find the below screenshot.

Expected result: The user should have the option to compose mail.

Now, this issue is fixed. So I am closing this issue.
