CRM Version: V1.1.3

Steps To reproduce--

1. Log in as Admin/User.
2. Click on leads.
3. Click on the eye icon to view the lead.
4. Reach quote section.
5. Try to download any lead by clicking 3 dots.

Actual result: There is no option to give permission to download a quote. Please find the below screenshot.

Expected result: There should be an option to give permission to download a quote.
