CRM Version: V1.1.3

Steps To reproduce--

1. Log in as Admin/User.
2. Click on the pipeline.
3. Click on create a pipeline.
4. Try to create multiple stages with the same name.

Actual result: There is no warning message if the user is trying to add the same stage multiple times. Please find the below screenshot.

Expected result: There should a warning message if the user is trying to add the same stage multiple times.
