CRM Version: V1.2.0

Steps To reproduce--

1. Log in as Admin/User.
2. Create a workflow for lead delete.
3. Try to delete the lead.

Actual result: There is a warning when the user is trying to delete that lead for which the workflow was created. Please find the screenshot Here.

Expected result: There should not be any warning when the user is trying to delete that lead for which the workflow was created.
