CRM Version: V1.2.0

Steps To reproduce--

1. Log in as Admin/User.
2. Click on the leads tab
3. Try to create a new lead.

Actual result: When the user is trying to create a new lead then it is giving an exception after lead creation. Please find the below screen recording.

Expected result: There should not be an exception when the user is trying to create a new lead.
