What this PR does / why we need it:
fix: inherit os environment when calling blobfuse2 in blobfuse-proxy
blobfuse2 mount support environment variables, while since blobfuse-proxy does not inherit os environment when calling blobfsue2 mount, the environment variables could not be injected to the blobfuse2, this PR fixes the issue.
