What would you like to be added:

The current maximal_ansible_version is 2.11.0. I would increase it to 2.11.4 (< 2.11.5)

Why is this needed:

When you install ansible with pip, you get this version. I am using ansible 4 by the way.

In order to meet the 2.11.0 spec, you must

pip install ansible==4.0.0

Edit: that's not true. Even 4.0.0 comes with core 2.11.4.
