added info for aws helm install

What this PR does / why we need it:

• Using helm to install the controller on AWS has become extremely popular now among users
• Project is fielding too many questions on helm install of the controller for AWS
• Project does not have free AWS credits to CI or test all small critical details
• What is gathered from the issues reported is that
  • use of the AWS LoadBalancer Controller is mandatory
  • the intree AWS LB Controller is deprecated
  • User has to set multiple annotations from https://kubernetes-sigs.github.io/aws-load-balancer-controller/v2.2/guide/service/annotations/
  • annotations are required for
    • type of LB (nlb)
    • scheme (internal/internet-facing)
    • securitygroups
    • other
• This PR puts a note in the deployment guide related to the helm-install use-case of the controller
