BREAKING CHANGE:
One is defining ast transformers in `jest.config.js`/`package.json` should change to

      'ts-jest': {
         astTransformers: {

           after: ['your_after_transformer_path'],
           afterDeclarations: ['your_afterDeclarations_transformer_path'],

      }

```

        "ts-jest": {
