Download Unity3d installation files via unityhub link, mostly for offline use.

1. Goto https://unity3d.com/get-unity/download/archive
2. Find the version you want
3. Right click on green button labeled "Unity Hub", and copy the link
4. dlunity.exe unityhub://2022.1.3f1/1cedbfe38737(replace to your link)

Additional parameters

--os specify which platform to download, available options are win/osx/linux
