Integrate spee.ch link sharing from LBRY app content/channels

The Issue

As a LBRY app user and creator, I may want to share a web URL to the content I'm viewing or sharing so that others without the LBRY app can view it. This would be in the form of a button/link on claim and channel pages.

If we are using spee.ch to do this, it would only apply to image and video file types. If we use create a separate view only site (https://github.com/lbryio/internal-issues/issues/100), more file types might be possible.
