Use the component locator to obtain addresses.
Improved interface for validator exit bus daemon.
Stuck validators reporting.
Allow manual correction of exited keys by the DAO in the case of oracle malfunction.
Call handleConsensusReport on the legacy oracle from new the oracle.
Support the new Lido.handleOracleReport signature.
