I was having the same problem with the "AlmaLinux-9" template, but the problem persisted with "Fedora" as well.

I had a similar problem, no logs, no response and it turned out that the machine wasn't starting with UEFI firmware enabled. Setting firmware legacyBIOS to true worked. firmware:
