Update framework and settings for iOS

This PR:

• Updates the xcframework of iOS to the latest version 5.11.1, which does not contain the bitcode and allow it pass Apple's review. Ref: Explicitly disable bitcode line-sdk-ios-swift#210
• Update the settings (meta file) of xcframework, to prevent the duplication when exporting under newer version of Unity. This should fix When building line-sdk-unity 1.4.0 with Unity 2021.3.37, a build error occurs due to duplicate registration of xcframework, resulting in a "duplicate output file" error. #69
