Return scale for macOS window

This is so simple that I feel like something might be wrong. Seems to be what winit does though and gives me correct results.

Yes, seems almost easier to fix it than to talk about fixing it. I'm sure there will still be problems in the dynamic case of moving the window to a monitor with a different dpi scale, but that can be refined later.
