docs: various chores

Description

• Reformat all the internal links - remove the /docs prefix and the file extension. This simplifies the writing process.
• Add more See Also links and disable the page's Previous and Next buttons. Usually, these buttons are not relevant, I prefer to guide the reader manually by specifying the links that are more likely to be relevant in context.
• Enable the remark-lint-code-block-style rule back (it was recently disabled, but it seems the reason is no longer relevant).
• Minor changes to the sidebar and links structure.
• Changes according to comments in the docs: Tutorials section improvements #2075.
• Removed custom i18n t instance due to deprecation.
