    Update librem coreboot defconfigs after rebasing on coreboot 4.10-pre

Test: build/boot Librem 13v2 and verify Heads functionality working

  2. blobs/librem_{skl,kbl}: update get_blobs script and readme 

    Since rebasing on coreboot 4.10, FSP and VBT binaries can be pulled
directly from the 3rdparty/fsp coreboot submodule, so use that.

Update the Purism coreboot repo to use a fixed hash; update the
hashes of the coreboot binaries from which the blobs will be
extracted, and update the hashes for the CPU microcodes.
